Our boat tours generally last between 3 and 6 hours, depending on the type of excursion. Private charters can be customized to suit your schedule.

3. How do I book an excursion?

4. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to **24 hours** before the excursion for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure time, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund.

5. Is there a passenger restriction?

For safety reasons, each boat has a maximum capacity. We ensure that every passenger is comfortable, so please check the details before confirming your reservation.

6. What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing:

**Sunscreen** and a **hat** to protect against the sun

Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions make the excursion unsafe, we will either reschedule or offer you a full refund. We monitor the weather closely and will notify you as early as possible in case of any changes.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Most of our excursions include drinks but we encourage guests to bring anything they need for their comfort. For private charters, we also offer catering options upon request.

Each tour has a limited number of spaces, ensuring comfort and safety for all passengers. The maximum number of guests depends on the type of boat. For private charters, we can accommodate larger groups. Please contact us for more information.

13. Can I rent the boat for a private charter?

Pets are welcome on our boats, but we kindly ask that they are kept on a leash for other customers’ comfort..

If you have specific dietary needs, such as food allergies or preferences, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Nevertheless during our regular excursions you can only choose from our menu.

16. Where do the boat excursions depart from?

All our excursions depart from our main dock in Medulin, located at Osipovica 30, 52203 Medulin. Please come to the check-in place at the big red umbrella in front of the Sandra boat at the dock 32.

17. What if I’m not sure which excursion to choose?

No worries! Our team is happy to help you choose the perfect excursion based on your interests and preferences. Just give us a call or send an email, and we’ll assist you in selecting the best tour for your experience.

18. Do you have group seating available on your boat excursions?

Yes, we offer group seating on all of our boat excursions. Our boats are designed to accommodate both small and larger groups comfortably, ensuring everyone has a great view and experience. For larger groups, we can arrange private charters to offer even more flexibility and personalization. 19. Can I go fishing on the boat?

Unfortunately, we do not offer fishing trips on our boats. However, we specialize in scenic tours, wildlife watching, and island excursions, all of which provide incredible opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty of the Medulin Archipelago. You can also have the opportunity to see fishes at the Golumbera cave, Uvala polje or on Island Ceja.

20. Do I have to swim on the boat excursion?

No, swimming is completely optional on our boat excursions. While many of our tours include stops at beautiful, secluded spots where you can enjoy a swim in crystal-clear waters, you are free to relax on board and enjoy the scenery if you prefer not to swim. The choice is entirely yours!

21. Do you offer boat excursions in the off-season?

Yes, we do offer boat excursions during the off-season! While the weather may vary, we operate year-round and can tailor the experience to suit the season. Off-season excursions provide a more peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for those looking to explore the beauty of the Medulin Archipelago without the crowds. 22. Do I have to book in advance?

23. Do you operate excursions every day?

Yes, we operate boat excursions every day, but during the high season and off-season, we require a minimum number of passengers to confirm the tour. If the minimum number isn’t met, we may need to reschedule or cancel the excursion. We recommend booking in advance or to contact us directly during this time.

24. Can I bring a baby stroller on the boat?

Yes, you can bring a baby stroller on board, but we recommend using a small, compact, or foldable stroller due to limited space on the boat. Larger strollers may be difficult to accommodate. 25. What will we see?

26. What to do if I don’t wish to swim during the day-trip?

If you prefer not to swim, that’s completely fine! You can relax on the boat, enjoy the views, take photos, or even sunbathe on the island. Our tours are designed to be enjoyable for everyone, whether you choose to swim or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.

27. Will we always see dolphins?

While we often encounter dolphins during our evening excursions, sightings are not guaranteed as they are wild animals in their natural habitat. Our experienced crew will do their best to increase the chances of spotting them, but nature is unpredictable, and sightings depend on the dolphins’ behavior and location.

28. What happens if we don’t see dolphins?

If we don’t spot dolphins during your tour, we still aim to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience, even if dolphin sightings are not guaranteed. You will still get to enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic Sea and enjoy a fine dinner on board.

29. How to Get to Medulin

Medulin is located on the southern tip of the Istrian Peninsula in Croatia, and it is easily accessible by car, bus, or boat. Here are the most common ways to reach Medulin:

A. **By Car**
If you’re traveling by car, Medulin is approximately:
– 10 km south of Pula (about 15 minutes drive).
– 90 km from Rijeka (about 1.5 hours drive).
– 250 km from Trieste, Italy (about 3 hours drive).

From Pula, follow signs for Medulin and the coastal road for a scenic drive.

B. **By Bus**
Medulin is well-connected by public buses to Pula and other major cities in Istria. You can take a bus from the Pula bus station, and the journey typically takes around 20-35 minutes.

C. **By Air**
The nearest airport to Medulin is Pula Airport (PUY), located around 15 km away from Medulin. The airport serves both domestic and international flights, and you can take a taxi, bus, or car rental from the airport to Medulin.

30. Where to Park and Is It Included?

There are several parking options in Medulin, but please note that parking is **not included** in the price of the excursions. Here’s where you can park:

A. **Public Parking Lots**
There are several public parking areas around the town, including near the marina, beaches, and central locations. These parking spaces are usually paid, and the rates may vary depending on the season and location.

B. **Street Parking**
Some street parking spaces are available in the town center, but be sure to check for parking signs and restrictions to avoid fines.

C. **Harbour Parking**
There are several parkings around the check-in place. In the off-season they might be free of charge but during the season we recommend arriving a little earlier to find a good parking spot, especially during the high season and to make sure to take some cash for parking too.
